You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Expect your refund within four weeks after we receive your return. This includes transit time (5-10 business days), processing time (3-5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5-10 business days).

To return an item, log in to your account, view your order, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.
